Previously storming the web through E-Bay and other such third party channels, the management at CooknKitchen realized it was time to manifest and develop a complete and robust E-Commerce platform that would allow them complete autonomy! Issues Faced
Online storefronts for cookware are plenty in number, but no one platform captured all of the amazing and enticing elements that CooknKitchen wanted for their solution. CooknKitchen wanted to retail its own inventory without any middlemen, and wanted a solution that promised an intricate Content Management System that enabled them to update their inventory, handle special offers, offer complete order reporting and customer information, and monitor a series of cutting edge CRM features which no other cookware ecommerce site can boast..
Remedies
Bonanza Tech developed, in the dynamic platform of Microsoft .NET, a thousand hour application which is 3 tier in shopping cart layout, allowing for complete control of Categories, Sub-Categories, and individual products. There is an advanced shopping cart facility, allowing for a wish list, basic and advanced criteria search, and completely dynamic product entry. This means that CooknKitchen can make as many changes to their shopping cart as they like, without incurring exorbitant hourly costs.
Comparable to Amazon.com, CooknKitchen.com allows for sorting through products by brand, price, and rankings. Shoppers can sift through the vast selection by Department or by Brand. Each item offers up to 3 further cross sells, while each category offers Best Sellers which may further pique the surfer's interest. A shopper can recommend the product to a friend or simply purchase and checkout, and they can even view the Ratings each item has received from other shoppers!
CooknKitchen customers can send one another Gift Certificates, or take advantage of the Special Package Deals which bundle many Brand products at wholesale prices. Issues Faced
Affinity's website was difficult to update because a very large inventory of diamonds was constantly added to and modified, and this required cumbersome coding on each occasion for which they paid high hourly rates to developers. The site was also very plain aesthetically, with a bland white text on black background motif. The shopping cart was also quite one dimensional and did not boast many cutting edge features available in today's market.
Remedies
We decided to tackle these three issues through a complete aesthetic overhaul, which meant redesigning the entire site, implementing a customized logo, and introducing the more elegant color scheme of mauve, purple, and black on a white background. This suits the Jewelry and Diamond industry more aptly, and refreshed Affinity Diamond's appeal. The real charm of the new website is its Content Management System. A User Friendly interface, this cost effective software now allows Affinity to update and modify its entire inventory with a few simple clicks, either singularly by item or batch uploads in excel format. This Wizard also tracks orders,manages the customer database, sends out newsletters which can be customized, and oversees the entire inventory boasting over 20,000 items!
The shopping cart now allows for four bonus features rather than the previous one which only allowed a customer to purchase the item. Now, upon perusal of an item, the shopper may Add to Shopping Bag, Add to Wish List, Email the item to a friend for reference, or Print the Page for a hard copy!

Affinity Diamonds now controls and manages its entire inventory and saves thousands of dollars a year that they would pay for outsourced maintenance fees! Their design has received rave reviews from past and new clients. Their entire invoice and order database is accessible online (with username/password protection) 24 hours a day which allows them to work from anywhere, at any time. Overall, the Bonanza Tech solution greatly improved Affinity's online revenues and bolstered their corporate image.

Issues Faced
InnerVision's previous website was in their opinion outdated both in terms of presentation and functionality. The Flash introduction was neither fluid nor did it boast the corporate strength of Iyanla Vanzant. The website itself was disjointed and ill coordinated, as the menus were all in frames without utilizing the more interactive technology of Java. Most importantly, InnerVisions had their entire inventory of merchandise managed by a third party vendor external to their presentation, resulting in a lack of management and control over this facet of their operations. InnerVisions also sought to provide news updates regularly along with updating their daily welcome message and other such dynamic links.
Remedies
We revamped the entire website, with an invigorating and spiritual Flash introduction that features Iyanla Vanzant extensively. The skeletal framework of the site boasts a clean and easy to use navigation that employs heavy use of JavaScript (dropdown menus). Several registration forms were uploaded in PDF format making the website a one stop solution. The most important development by us which saved our client extra expense and allowed them complete Web-Autonomy was a Content Management System. This User Friendly Interface allows InnerVisions to manage their own shopping cart, by adding, deleting, and modifying items. They can also maintain a list of all members, track orders, and populate several links which are updated instantaneously on the website, such as the Welcome Message, News ticker, and send out mass newsletters to their members.

Tribal Monsoon LLC has outsourced all of it's operations to the Subcontinent for the obvious cost advantages. The company follows an e-export model, where products are shipped directly from the source via courier service when ordered online. Because the company's operations and presence are geographically separated from it's clientele, a flexible solution was needed that would allow for international e-commerce. |

Issues Faced
Because the company was a start-up e-commerce venture, it's business requirements were not clearly defined. This posed as one of the major challenges in developing software for this client: software was developed in phases, as the client developed it's own business infrastructure. Another issue was that many of the client's products were one-of-a-kind and didn't cater to mass merchandising on the web.
Remedies
Bonanza Tech helped assess, analyze, and define the client's business requirements as the client refined and developed it's business model. Software was developed in accordance to the client's specific business requirements, and functionality was customized to fit the client's business processes. To resolve the secondary issue of one-of-a-kind products, Bonanza Tech developed a shopping cart solution catered to one-of-a-kind retail, where products were systematically deleted from inventory when a one-of-a-kind product was purchased. The Content Management System (CMS) provided to the client further allowed the client to flag each product as either "one-of-a-kind" or "re-stockable", each handled differently by the system. This solution was effective because it was customized specifically for the client's business.

Issues Faced
Despite a reasonable flow of viewer traffic, our previous website failed to translate into many follow-through calls. We needed to devise a site that was more visually sophisticated. We wanted a site that would reflect the national level of our operations and would motivate visitors to call or email us with their requests for additional information or work.
Remedies
The Bonanzatech team developed a more visually enticing design for the site with engaging, dynamic elements. We believe this increased its "stickiness" among visitors. They also improved the contact page to encourage follow-up.
